Hello, my name is Alana and I’m a qualified Physiotherapist with 12 years of clinical experience. I qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of London, UK in 2009.
I then spent the next 9 years working as a Physiotherapist in all areas of the NHS (National Health Service) including sports injury/musculoskeletal clinics, falls clinics, hospital wards, home visiting and hydrotherapy.
For a couple of years after that I worked in private clinics in gyms and surgical centres and did some pitchside physio for a football club academy team. In 2020 I then set up my own physiotherapy clinic, which I was very proud of! This was me in my clinic.
In 2021 I had to make the difficult decision to close my clinic and stop practising physiotherapy for health reasons.
But I still wanted to be able to help people in some way, and I didn’t want my knowledge and experience to go to waste – and so Mobility Heaven was born!
I have set up this website in the hope that you can access the help and answers you need more quickly and easily. So I hope you find something useful here!
